FORWARD EJECTION
Kelgren design the firearm. He later formed the 3rd largest firearm manufacturer in the USA, Kel-Tec. (small world) Garcia formed Intratec after Interdynamic closed. Garcia wanted a cheaper version of the KG-99 and finally the Tec-9 was created. The KG-99 and above are good firearms for what they are. The Tec-9 can be good if you prepare it.
The unique proprietary bolt design holds dual extractors that simultaneously extract empty brass and send it down the ejection chute as the bolt reciprocates.
RUGGED
This manual is for the second generation SUB-2000™ weapon (serial number on receiver tube). If you have a first generation weapon (serial number on the left grip), this manual will not apply. ADJUSTABLE GAS
The RFB is equipped with an adjustable gas system that allows the user to curb recoil while maintaining reliability. This feature also makes the RFB an excellent suppressor host.
